The Roots Dresser Series B3-High Pressure Cartridge (HPC) Rotary Gas Meters deliver high-pressure performance with exceptional accuracy, low pressure drop, and dependable operation in a rugged, reliable package. Engineered for ANSI 300 or ANSI 600 systems, these meters are built to handle demanding conditions while maintaining precise measurement.

Available in a range of sizes, including 2” NPS (1M740 / 1M1480 and 3M740 / 3M1480), 3” NPS (5M1480 and 7M1480) to 4” NPS (11M1480)—the B3-HPC family is ideal for high-pressure applications where durability and precision are critical.

Featuring a cartridge-style design, these meters simplify maintenance and reduce downtime. Cartridges can be replaced in-line, without removing the meter, minimizing truck rolls and service interruptions. Optional full-flow, spring-loaded internal bypass provides self-resetting protection for added reliability in critical, non-shutoff applications.

The B3-HPC meters are designed for low-volume, high-pressure gas measurement, including custody transfer (Gas distribution stations, gathering stations, transmission stations), town border stations, city gate stations, wellhead production, compressor fuel gas, and gas legs of production separators.
