Pressure Lubrication And Draining Systems

The IMAC offers several options to ease the process of lubricating and draining gas meters.

IMAC Systems, Inc. also keeps large quantities of rotary meter oil and turbine meter oil in stock for sale in pint, quart and gallon sizes (or more if requested).
IMAC Quick-Shot Oiler
The Model 1600 oiler is designed for oiling rotary meters under pressure. It is a thumb pump system with a Pete’s Plug Model 500 gauge adaptor (1/8” probe) mounted on the end of a flexible hose. The reservoir is 1 quart and is pump-able to 65 PSI.

The high pressure Model R2000 oiler is perfect for oiling rotary meters under extremely high pressure (good to 2000+ PSI) This is a hand pump system with a Pete’s Plug Model 500 gauge adaptor (1/8” probe) mounted on the end of the hose. The reservoir is transparent to allow a quick visual check of the fluid levels. This oiler also comes in a convenient padded carrying case and pressure relief valve (gauge optional).

Model R2000 Oiler
The IMAC quick-shot oiler is a simple hand pump oiler that allows for a one shot reservoir of oil to enter turbine meters through a Zerk alemite fitting. The fitting on the end is flexible to reach more difficult places. Kit also includes a handy carrying case and turbine meter oil.

The high pressure Model X157 Turbine Oil Gun is perfect for oiling turbine meters under high pressure. The flexible hose and Zerk alemite fitting, pressure gauge, and relief valve ease the process.

To empty oil from rotary gas meters under pressure IMAC offers the Model 1650 Waste Oil Bottle. The bottle allows for easy and environmentally friendly disposal of rotary meter oil. The kit consists of a transparent bottle with detachable house, pressure relief, two gauge adaptors and on/off valve.
